Your content

You must have the right and permission to submit every photo and written memory, as well as any recording already submitted through a legacy flow. Do not upload private identifiers, unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights.

The memory book

The free preview uses three photos and up to three guided written answers to create a cover, a photo page and a genuine 180–260 word chapter. The paid product is a personalised 16-page printable digital PDF built from 8–20 photos and the written material you provide. A legacy project that already contains a recording may continue to use it. The service is instructed not to invent facts, but you remain responsible for reviewing names, dates, claims and permissions before sharing or printing the final edition.

Pilot price and delivery

The displayed €14.90 early-access offer is a single digital purchase, not a subscription. The finished edition is delivered through a private access page and email link. The included Story Journey may collect additional private memories for 30 days; the applicable retention period is described in the Privacy Policy.

Immediate creation and withdrawal

When you expressly request immediate creation at checkout, production may begin before the usual withdrawal period ends. Once creation of the personalised digital content begins, you acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right where applicable under consumer law. This does not limit statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty or does not match the order.

Availability

This pilot may change or be withdrawn during validation. Final consumer, refund, tax, intellectual-property and jurisdiction clauses require qualified legal review.
